Returns applicable only if the end user receives incorrect product/damaged product during transit or if there is any manufacturing defect. The same should be brought to our notice immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) through email with pictures at email@example.com.
In this case, we will replace the defective or incorrect product upon receiving the existing ones from the end user, Return pick up can be arranged by GIFTSGALA upon request* (*If the pickup area Pin code is feasible for reverse pickup).
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange.
We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it’s too long or too heavy or not looking good on me.
To avoid returns, we always suggest customers to write enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product code for any question about the product before ordering.
We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
Return products need to be received by GIFTSGALA within 7 days upon the dispute. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for return / replacement
Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from us. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of GIFTSGALA. We will always hear you out and will definitely lend any help needed.
